What to write about
A barrier on this site
A control you could not reach by keyboard, a focus ring you lost, text you could not read. Name the page and what you were trying to do.
A check that gives a wrong result
A contrast ratio that does not match your own tool, or a result that passes something it should fail. Send the colours or the page you tested.
A criterion or a rule we got wrong
A success criterion number, a level, or a legal point that is out of date. Point us to the source and we will check it against the original.
Vendors and auditors
A correction to how we describe your service or tool, from your own published documentation.
